I moved to Canada at age 26 to pursue my dream of becoming a high end audio engineer. Circumstances and other personal reasons led to a change in career though in the same industry. I work as an Event Manager at AVW-Telav Audio Visual Solutions. Work can be pretty stressful, so cooking is a good escape for me. I have been cooking since the 7th grade and I love presenting food in various manners. I currently live in Mississauga, Ontario with my wife Reema and little boys Lucas & Liam. I play the bass guitar, though no longer with a band. I have always wanted to publish a book of recipes that I have created and some that are mangalorean classics that I have learned from my mother (who is the best cook in the whole wide world). This is the next best thing for me to upload my work. Hope you find something here that you can enjoy!
